Gym AED Packages
Of all the places that should certainly have an AED on-hand at all times, a gym and/or a fitness center of any sort is definitely the place. With many instances of sudden cardiac arrest occurring during a physical activity of some sort, the opportunity to save literally tens of thousands of lives each year can be enacted with the simple increase in access to an AED within these recreational settings.
In a move that will save lives while also limiting the liability of gym owners and local recreation centers, many states are now requiring gym and/or fitness centers to equip themselves with an automated external defibrillator. Please note that the following gym and fitness center packages are meant for settings predominantly occupied by adults and/or those over the age of eight. If your gym or recreation center caters to a younger audience, such as children below the age of eight and/or 55 lbs, pediatric electrodes are highly recommended.
