The HeartSine Samaritan PAD 350P is incredibly easy to use with both visual and audible instructions that eliminate much of the confusion and uncertainty that exist in the stressful situations of sudden cardiac arrest.
The HeartSine Samaritan AED is also incredibly small and efficient in both size and weight. In fact, the HeartSine Samaritan is the smallest and lightest AED on the market. And not only is the HeartSine Samaritan both small and lightweight, it's also able to withstand some abuse and is more than capable of delivering therapy to patients in need outside of an indoor environment.

HeartSine Samaritan PAD 350P | Overview
The HeartSine Samaritan is an easy-to-use AED specifically designed for public
access use in the administering of lifesaving treatment for victims of sudden
cardiac arrest.
The HeartSine Samaritan is free of complex displays and/or controls. A flashing
green STATUS light indicates the HeartSine Samaritan is operational and ready
for use and the HeartSine Samaritan prompts responders with both visual and audible messages.
If the HeartSine Samaritan is equipped with adult electrodes, the prompts the HeartSine Samaritan delivers to responders will naturally be meant for adult patients. Should the HeartSine Samaritan be equipped with pediatric electrodes, however, the HeartSine Samaritan AED will change its instructions for pediatric patients. From the application of the electrodes, to the delivery of the shock (if needed), to reminding responders to call 911, the HeartSine Samaritan walks users through the entire rescue.
The electrode pads of the HeartSine Samaritan are
contained in an innovative Pad-Pak or Pediatric-Pak, which are accessible by
pulling the green tab of the HeartSine Samaritan AED. The electrode pads are also accessible in the HeartSine Samaritan's
carry case, which is included with every HeartSine Samaritan AED.
The Adult (Gray) Pad-Pak is for patients over
8 years of age and 55 lbs in weight. The Pediatric-Pak (Pink) is for patients 1
- 8 years of age and less than 55 lbs.
When electrode pads are applied, the HeartSine
Samaritan AED automatically assesses the patient to determine if a shock is
required. If not, the HeartSine will prompt the rescuer to begin CPR.
Verbal and visual prompts of the HeartSine Samaritan AED guide the rescuer
when to touch and when not to touch the patient. If it's determined that a
shock is required, the 'Shock Button' of the HeartSine Samaritan illuminates for clear and confusion-free instructions.
The CPR tone and flashing icon of the HeartSine Samaritan also coach the rescuer
in delivering chest compressions according to ERC 2005 guidelines -100
compressions per minute for 2 minute intervals.
