untrained responders. Medtronic took this into account and created an incredibly easy-to-use AED with the LIFEPAK CR Plus. Simply
press the release button to open the lid of the LIFEPAK CR Plus and the AED automatically
turns on. Once the lid of the LIFEPAK CR Plus is opened, clear voice prompts walk you
through the rescue process and ensures proper administration.
The LIFEPAK CR Plus' size is perfect and makes for fantastic and efficient
portability. In fact, the LIFEPAK CR Plus AED is one of the smallest AEDs available. The
CR Plus weighs a meager four-and-a-half pounds, which makes the LIFEPAK CR Plus one of

Simplicity also extends to the maintenance of the LIFEPAK CR Plus AED. The CHARGE-PAK (the battery system for the
LIFEPAK CR Plus AED) and electrodes ship to you with identical expiration dates,
allowing you to keep track of only one date rather than two. Once the expiration
date is reached (around two years) and/or after using the LIFEPAK CR Plus AED, you
simply replace both at the same time.
Along with keeping watch of expiration dates for your
LIFEPAK CR Plus AED, you usually need to regularly check your AED in order to make sure it's in working order. Medtronic once again has you covered and has kept maintenance to a minimum for the LIFEPAK AEDs. The LIFEPAK CR Plus AED performs basic self-checks weekly, in
